Following the phone call, I will go over the information gathered and reflect on all that we discussed. I then will write up and send you the diet recommendations and a plan to get started on this aspect of your wellness journey! Follow up Wellness calls- 30/60 minutes will be available for going over any questions/concerns you may have, sharing progress, etc. and also if there are any obstacles you need space held for/guidance with.

A Reiki - Love & Lucidity energy work session is a practice that aims to balance and align your energy fields, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual health and wellness.
Here's a general outline of what you can expect during a session:
Consult: Discuss your intentions, concerns, and any specific areas and/or issues you'd like us to focus on.
Grounding: I will then have you lie down and relax with some deep breathing exercises, meditation, and/or guided imagery.
Assessment of energy within the body: I will use techniques like scanning, intuition, and/or muscle testing to identify areas of energy imbalance.
Energy clearing: I will use various methods including but not limited to channeling, feather release, stones, sound healing, and/or visualization to clear and release stagnant, negative energy.
Energy balancing: I will then use the techniques listed above along with other modalities like chakra alignment, meridian work, or aura balancing to restore equilibrium of energy within.
Energy infusion: I will proceed with channeling and transmitting universal life force energy to support your focused and overall well-being.
Integration: We will take a few moments to ground and integrate the energy work, and discuss any insights or sensations that arose.
Self-care guidance: Answer any questions and offer recommendations for maintaining your energy balance and supporting your ongoing wellness.
